A generous spoonful inside the warm lepinja, just before the ćevapi go in — the kajmak will then melt just enough. Let it sit out of the fridge for a few minutes, so it is easier to spread.
Serveertip
Classic with ćevapčići and pljeskavica. Also: on fresh bread with red onion, mixed into warm potatoes, or as a creamy layer under grilled bell peppers.
