General Terms and Conditions Balkans Taste Online Supermarket

Article 1: Applicability These terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements for private consumers via the Balkans Taste website.

Article 2: Offers All offers are without obligation. Prices include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Article 3: Order and Confirmation Orders are confirmed by e-mail. An agreement is concluded when we confirm it.

Article 4: Delivery and Shipping Delivery takes place within 2 working days after confirmation, subject to availability. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties.

Article 5: Payment Payment can be made in advance via iDeal, credit card or other available methods. Invoices must be paid within the specified period.

Article 6: Returns and Cancellations Returns are possible within 14 days, provided they are unopened and undamaged. Cancellations can be made before dispatch.

Article 7: Liability We are only liable for direct damage caused by negligence. Liability for consequential damage is excluded.

Article 8: Force Majeure In case of force majeure, such as malfunctions or unexpected events, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel delivery without compensation.

Article 9: Disputes All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be settled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
