Brajlovic Dried Beef Ribs are traditionally prepared to ensure a rich, intense flavour. Ideal as a delicacy or side dish.

Add the ribs to the pan with your beans, sauerkraut, or cabbage from the start and let them simmer gently. They will slowly release fat, salt, and smoke. Only add salt at the end — the ribs provide plenty of their own.
Serveertip
Classic in grah (bean soup) with onion and paprika, or in podvarak with sauerkraut. After cooking, remove the meat from the bone and stir it back into the pot.

Store in a cool, dry place, in original packaging.
