Defrost in the refrigerator. Grill over medium heat, about 5 to 7 minutes per side, and turn only once — this keeps a nice crust. Do not press down with the spatula.
Serveertip
In a warm lepinja with kajmak, ajvar, and raw red onion. If you want the full Serbian version: a scoop of kajmak on top of the hot burger, so it melts away.
Bewaren
Keep frozen at -18 °C. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
