Zo bereid je het
Thaw the ćevapi in the refrigerator. Grill them over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, turning regularly, until golden brown on all sides and cooked through. Do not flatten them—this keeps the moisture inside and ensures they remain juicy.
Serveertip
Traditionally, you serve ćevapi in warm lepinja (somun) with finely chopped red onion, kajmak, and ajvar. You can find everything you need for this in our shop.
Bewaren
Keep frozen at -18 °C. Once defrosted, store in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
