Thaw in the refrigerator. Because they are thicker than Sarajevo ćevapi, they need a little longer: count on 10 to 12 minutes over medium heat, turning regularly, until cooked through.
Serveertip
Break them apart inside a warm lepinja, with kajmak underneath so it melts, and red onion on top. Ajvar on the side.
Bewaren
Keep frozen at -18 °C. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
