Thaw them in the refrigerator. Grill them for 8 to 10 minutes over medium heat, turning them regularly, until they are golden brown on all sides. A hot grill pan works just as well as the BBQ.

Traditionally served in warm lepinja (somun), with raw red onion, kajmak, and ajvar. A small portion for two, or as part of a larger meze.
Bewaren
Keep frozen at -18 °C. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
