Straight from the freezer into a hot oven or grill pan, a few minutes per side until the bread puffs up and the crust gets some color. A grill pan gives the best char marks; the BBQ works too, but keep an eye on it—it goes fast.
Serveertip
Cut it open, spread kajmak on the warm inside so it melts, and fill with ćevapi and red onion. Also delicious on its own as part of a meze platter or for scooping up ajvar.
Bewaren
Store at -18 °C. Prepare directly from frozen; no need to defrost.
