Straight from the freezer into a hot oven or grill pan. A few minutes per side until the bread puffs up and gains color. Thawing is not necessary and actually makes the bread soggy.
Serveertip
Slice open, spread kajmak on the warm inside and fill with ćevapi and red onion. Or simply serve warm with a meze platter, to scoop up ajvar and cheese.
