Zo bereid je het
Bring the water in the džezva to a boil, remove from heat, add one level teaspoon of coffee per cup, and stir. Return to low heat until the foam just begins to rise — then immediately remove from heat. Let it settle for a moment before pouring.
Serveertip
With a sugar cube or a piece of Turkish delight on the side. Do not stir after pouring, or you will ruin the foam layer.
Bewaren
Store in a cool, dark, and airtight place — ground coffee quickly loses its aroma when exposed to air.
