We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM will be shipped on the same day.
Delivery is handled by PostNL, DHL or DPD parcel delivery. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.

Our frozen products are packaged with the utmost care with cool/gel packs, which are placed together with the product(s) in insulated bags before being put into the box.
For all orders containing frozen products, we charge an additional €3.95.
