We do our very best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed before 23:59 are shipped the next working day.
Delivery is handled by PostNL, DHL, or DPD. In general, delivery takes place on the working day following shipment, between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.
The stated prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:
€6.95 standard shipping
+€3.95 surcharge for orders containing refrigerated or frozen products
Free shipping on orders over €100 (the surcharge for refrigerated and frozen products always applies)
Our chilled and frozen products are packed with the greatest care using cool/gel packs, which are placed in insulated bags together with the products before being put into the box.
We charge an additional €3.95 for all orders containing chilled or frozen products.
