This dried beef sausage is prepared according to an authentic Bosnian recipe and is known for its firm bite and spicy character. The combination of beef with garlic and selected spices creates a distinct, savoury flavour. Suitable as a topping, with tapas, on a charcuterie board or as a flavour enhancer in hot dishes.
