Put a few generous spoonfuls into a bowl, pour in warm milk, and stir until the desired consistency is reached. More milk makes a thinner porridge, less milk a firm one. Letting it stand for a moment makes it creamier.

Plain, or with pieces of banana mixed in. Cold with milk straight from the fridge also works great in the summer.
