Thaw in the refrigerator. Grill over medium heat, turning regularly; place the thicker pieces on first, followed by the thinner ones. Allow for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the thickness.

Served on a large board in the middle of the table, with lepinja, kajmak, ajvar, red onion, and a fresh salad. That is how you eat it in the Balkans: sharing, not serving individual portions.
Bewaren
Keep frozen at -18 °C. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.

Our chilled and frozen products are packed with the greatest care using cool/gel packs, which are placed in insulated bags together with the products before being put into the box.
