Carefully remove the leaves from the jar and rinse them if you want to temper the acidity. Trim the thick stem so the leaf rolls up easily. Fill with seasoned minced meat and rice, roll them up, and pack them tightly together in the pan.
Serveertip
Place a few slices of suho meso or dried ribs between the rolls and let everything simmer gently for hours. Sarma is better the next day than the first.

Keep unopened in a cool, dark place. After opening, keep refrigerated and ensure leaves remain submerged in the liquid.
